Robert Hawkins is a Fire Captain at the Los Angeles City Fire Department (LAFD) and the President of the Los Angeles Stentorians, an organization that promotes diversity and inclusion within the fire service. With over 24 years of experience, he is a seasoned leader who has broken barriers, inspired change, and delivered excellence in his field.

Robert's achievements include graduating from the LAFD's West Point Leadership Academy, completing a certificate program in diversity, equity, and inclusion at Cornell University, and participating in the Zambia Z7 Project, where he donated and trained firefighters with a fire engine in Africa. He is also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Emergency Management at Union University, demonstrating his commitment to lifelong learning and innovation. Robert's mission is to create a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable fire service that reflects and serves the communities it protects.
